Video conferencing

Present your paper online from anywhere in the world.

Video conferencing lets participants present their paper and join the discussion without travelling to the venue. A special Virtual Presenter category is available in the conference registration fees.

How it works

  1. Send us your presentation slides (PPT).
  2. Download the Zoom app (computer, phone or tablet).
  3. Create a Zoom account at zoom.us.
  4. We send you a meeting invitation with the video link, the meeting ID and the password.
  5. Check your camera, audio and network connection before you join the call and share your screen.
  6. You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

Maximum time for a presentation: 10 minutes.

Requirements

  • Laptop with a headset, or a desktop with a webcam and a microphone or headset
  • An updated Chrome browser
  • Pause your virus protection before the start, or it may block the webcam
  • A bright, calm place with a professional background

A test run is arranged by the organising committee shortly before the conference. After the conference you receive the certificate of presentation and the proceedings.
