Author guidelines

How to prepare and send your abstract and full paper.

Abstract

The abstract must be in English, in .doc or .docx format. It should be brief, state the purpose and significance of the research, and be 150 to 250 words long. Use complete sentences, active verbs and the third person. Write the abstract clearly with the headings problem statement, methods, results and conclusion, and check it for spelling, grammar and scientific errors: it is reproduced exactly as submitted.

Within one week of receiving your abstract, we send you an email with the acceptance or rejection.

Full paper

Authors of accepted abstracts prepare and submit their full paper for review. The full paper must be a Word document of at least 4 and at most 10 pages, including tables, figures and references. All papers are peer reviewed and must be original, high-quality research that has not been published before.

Write the paper in clear, concise English. Authors who are not fluent in English are encouraged to have the paper checked by a native speaker: the review does not correct grammar, and papers with many grammar and syntax errors may be rejected. Use the sample paper as your template.

Presentation

  • Oral: up to 15 minutes, followed by about 5 minutes of questions, in English. A PowerPoint presentation is recommended.
  • Poster: submit a 250-word poster abstract for the proceedings, then bring your printed poster (maximum 36 × 48 inches).
  • Virtual: present live by video conference, scheduled with the other presentations in the sessions.

Details: presentation instructions.

Do's

  • Send your original research paper.
  • Test the plagiarism yourself before you submit the paper.
  • Send the paper in .doc format, use the sample paper from the website, and read the rules and regulations carefully.
  • Note the last date of paper submission on the conference page and send your paper before it.
  • Note the last date of registration. If your paper is selected, confirm your registration before that date: registrations after it are not considered and no money is refunded.
  • Use only the official conference website and the official email address for the latest information (refresh the page for updates).
  • Check your registered email and mobile number regularly. All conference notifications are sent by email and mobile only.
  • Ask the conference coordinator for the conference schedule mail only after the last date of registration.

Don'ts

  • Do not book tickets or hotels before you receive the conference schedule mail from the conference coordinator. The organiser does not cover losses from travel cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Do not arrive at the venue before or after the reporting time on the conference day.
  • Do not use adult or offensive pictures, or controversial maps or pictures, in your presentation or paper.
  • Do not treat the payment confirmation from the payment gateway as the final confirmation. Wait for the conference schedule mail from the organiser.
